Al Rayan Bank Head Office

Al Rayan Bank is the UK’s largest Islamic Bank when measured by assets and is one of the fastest growing banks in the country. Al Rayan Bank contacted Apex to design and fit out their new head office opposite their current offices in Stratford Place W1C. The premises was previously occupied by an investment bank and had been totally fitted out in 2016 to a very high standard which Apex used as a basis for the design due to the high value of the existing asset and the need to keep costs competitive. Keeping the basic layout, value and prestige was added by use of high quality finishes and furnishings throughout with finishes selected to complement the Bank’s world head office in Qatar.

Internal partitions were added on most floors and an existing space was upgraded to become the boardroom along with three further meeting rooms. The overall feel of the space is functional elegance which reflects many of the Bank’s values.
